The Tata Sierra Legend series starts at Rs. 11.99 lakh and includes five main variants: Smart+L, Pure L, Pure L (O), Pure+ L and Adventure+L. Tata has kept the familiar variant naming but added the “L” suffix to distinguish the Legend series from the Signature range.
The Accomplished variants remain part of the lineup and continue to be available with automatic transmission options.

Smart+L
The Smart+L serves as the entry point into the Legend series. Despite being the base version, Tata has equipped it with several everyday comfort and convenience features.
The variant gets leatherette seats, climate control, a digital instrument cluster, LED headlamps and LED DRLs. The cabin also features leatherette door and armrest trims, while steering-mounted audio controls add convenience for the driver.
Other equipment includes auto-folding ORVMs, roof rails and 17-inch steel wheels with wheel covers. For buyers looking for the Sierra experience without moving too far up the price ladder, this variant establishes the foundation of the Legend range.
Pure L
The Pure L moves the Sierra further up the equipment ladder and adds several features that make the SUV feel more complete.
It gets a 10.2-inch infotainment screen with wireless phone mirroring, along with a reverse camera and tyre pressure monitoring system. The upgrade to 17-inch alloy wheels also gives this variant a more premium appearance.
A rear wiper is included as well, making the Pure L a practical step up from the Smart+L.
Pure L O
The Pure L (O) builds on the standard Pure L by adding features aimed at improving convenience and cabin appeal. It costs Rs. 50,000 more than the Pure L.
The major addition is a panoramic sunroof, which changes the feel of the cabin by bringing more light into the interior. Automatic headlamps and rain-sensing wipers are also included.

Pure Plus
The Pure+ L is the most feature-rich version of the Pure family. It costs Rs. 70,000 more than the Pure L (O) and focuses heavily on comfort.
It gets a full leatherette interior, cooled front seats and power adjustment for the driver’s seat. Front occupants also get an under-thigh extension, while the boss mode feature provides additional rear-seat comfort.
The equipment list further includes dual-zone climate control, rear USB-C charging ports and a one-touch function for the driver’s window. These additions make the Pure+ L particularly focused on cabin convenience.
Adventure Plus
The Adventure+L sits at the top of the Legend series and starts at Rs. 16.99 lakh. It carries forward the features of the Pure+ L and adds several technology and comfort upgrades.
The variant gets a 360-degree camera, a 12.29-inch infotainment display, a reclining rear seat and a cooled glovebox. Tata has also equipped it with its Super Glide suspension setup.
With this combination, the Adventure+L is designed to provide the broadest feature package among the Legend-series variants.
Powertrains
Tata offers the Legend series with the Sierra’s available petrol and diesel powertrain choices, although not every engine is paired with every variant.
The Smart+L is available only with a manual transmission. At the other end, the 1.5-litre Hyperion TGDi petrol engine is restricted to the Adventure+L variant.
