Nissan has revised the prices of its recently launched Gravite sub-four-metre MPV in India, officially ending the introductory pricing announced earlier this year. The Gravite, which entered the market in February 2026, now costs more across all variants, with hikes ranging from Rs. 8,400 to Rs. 18,400.
Following the revision, prices for the Nissan Gravite now start at Rs. 5.73 lakh and go up to Rs. 8.52 lakh (ex-showroom).
Update
At launch, the Nissan Gravite was priced from Rs. 5.65 lakh (ex-showroom) as part of an introductory offer. With that offer period now concluded, Nissan has increased prices across its petrol and CNG lineup.
The maximum price hike of Rs. 18,400 applies to the N-Connecta petrol MT and N-Connecta CNG MT variants. Several mid and higher trims have also seen notable increases.
Variants
The Tekna CNG MT, Tekna LE CNG MT, Tekna petrol MT, and Tekna LE petrol MT variants are now priced Rs. 17,000 higher than before.
Automatic variants have not been spared either. The N-Connecta petrol AMT, Tekna petrol AMT, and Tekna LE petrol AMT variants have all received a uniform price increase of Rs. 15,000.
Lower trims have seen relatively smaller hikes. The Acenta petrol MT and Acenta CNG MT variants are now dearer by Rs. 9,400, while the entry-level Visia petrol MT and Visia CNG MT trims have witnessed a price increase of Rs. 8,400.
Pricing
With the latest revision, the updated ex-showroom price range of the Nissan Gravite stands as follows:
| Variant Category | Price Increase |
|---|---|
| N-Connecta petrol MT / CNG MT | Rs. 18,400 |
| Tekna and Tekna LE MT (petrol and CNG) | Rs. 17,000 |
| AMT variants | Rs. 15,000 |
| Acenta MT variants | Rs. 9,400 |
| Visia MT variants | Rs. 8,400 |
The Gravite now competes in the price bracket of Rs. 5.73 lakh to Rs. 8.52 lakh (ex-showroom).
Platform
The Nissan Gravite is based on the same CMF-A+ platform as the Renault Triber. It is offered with petrol and CNG powertrain options, along with manual and AMT gearboxes, making it a direct rival to budget-focused MPVs and compact people movers in the segment.
Outlook
Nissan’s product roadmap for India continues beyond the Gravite. The company is expected to launch the Tekon SUV later this year, which will compete with models such as the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Tata Sierra, Maruti Victoris, and Renault Duster. A new three-row SUV is also planned, with further details expected in the coming months.
